1 reviewsI approached Tulip Expats Services in March 2017 to assist with setting up the 30% Tax Ruling for myself, however from the moment they took payment from me I was treated with disrespect and made to feel unvalued as a customer. For 3 months I did not receive any update on the progress of my application and for the entire process I had to constantly chase them up to receive any information. In October 2017 I was advised that my application had been declined for reasons that should have been made transparent to me prior to invoicing me. Whether this was just an oversight it was completely unprofessional and makes me question the skillsets that they boast on their website. I made an official complaint to them by email and by post and followed it up twice only for them to completely ignore them and refuse to respond. I have attempted to resolve the situation by various means but the fact that they are refusing to reply to all my correspondence has made any resolution impossible. JD | 25-07-2018
