0 reviewsFor 9 years we are specialised in mindfulness- and compassion courses. The training in engish is in 'The Holoshuis', a very nice and modern looking holistic centre. The training is given by Joyce Curnan. Learn how to deal with difficult emotions, like tension, anxiety or pain, spend less energy on worrying, be able to enjoy a busy life, find more moments of joy, peace and inner stillness, experience each moment with awareness. This 8-week course (one evening a week) is based on the mindfulness course developed by Jon Kabat Zinn. In 1979 at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. Since then it’s been the subject of thousands of research studies in medicine, psychology and neuroscience. Elements of the program are guided mindfulness exercises, exploring patterns of thinking, feeling and action, information about physiology of stress, group discussion and inquiry. Participants commit to daily practice at home during the course using the audio files and work book.
