1 reviewsI did the 8 week mindfulness based living course and I want to thank Rita wholeheartedly for the experience that helped me find more emotional balance, and improved quality of life. Caring for my sick mother I was feeling constant tension, both mentally and physically. I started mindfulness course with little expectation, it was more an opportunity to escape and do something for myself. I was surprised that soon the negative feeling started changing – from irritation and dissatisfaction to more attention and enjoyment in little things, like cleaning the house or having a walk outside, even more energy to do things. Little by little I am learning to accept and let go of whatever feelings or thoughts I am having. I also try to give some time for myself every day. Of course it‘s not perfect, sometimes I get lost in the routine, but I feel I have tools to help myself, to be with myself here and now and listen to my body. d.siauciuliene | 10-07-2019
