I requested a service to check the source of sewer smell in my house from them, and asked about how much it would cost, since I had to pre approve it with my insurance if the amount was above 300 Euros. They assured me it would be below that, so I agreed to the job. 2 months later, they decided to send me an invoice for the smell detection, above 400 Euros, which of course I cannot claim from my insurance. When I called on Monday to clarify, they said "the person in charge is on vacation, call again on Thursday". After calling on Thursday, the person who spoke to me said that "we cannot know the amount before the job, and who told me it would be below 300?" Also, they said "you are making your problem ours". Eventually they said they cannot decide on this and that I should send an email. The email has been sent and I am waiting for a response, but I must say, this is extremely shady.
