I did an experiment - filled in tax forms by myself and asked them to prepare my taxes. And return amount that official tax authorities forms calculated for me was higher! Moreover filling-in official forms is much easier because most of the information is prefilled and you don't need to upload any documents. They don't give you all the tax information for review, just a summary. But in the only screenshot from their system they've sent me after I expressed my concern about completeness of their data I have found that my son has wrong initials! So I am completely confident that they have also messed up somewhere else which explains wrong final numbers. One more worrying fact is that for some reason they don't use official forms for which you can give authorization. Looks like they submit taxes in old paper way. I can honestly and wholeheartedly recommend Mike and Marion from Tax and Service Solutions for both Personal and Business Taxes. They have saved us more than once from massive penalties.
