***SCAMMER ALERT*** We have moved to the Netherlands for a short period of time and when moving back we chose this company as they promised fast air delivery times and smooth experience. Not only they delivered the items almost 1 month later than they promised they also claimed the total volume of goods to be shipped was almost double of what we moved to the NL with. They sent a picture of 2 palets wrapped in black plastic wrap with no way of veryfying the information and pretty much hold your goods hostage until you double the payment. Upon receiving the items in the US we calculated the volume of each box and total delivery volume and it was half of what they claimed. Worth noting many boxes that were delivered were completely empty and were there just for the volume. Its a total scam. Stay away from this company regardless of what they promise you. We will be taking legal action as well as filing complaint with all relevant domestic and international authorities. pkasavets | 20-08-2025

Warning! Ocean shipping nightmare. Do not do ocean shipping without negotiating a guaranteed delivery date. The staff at Schmidt Global are excellent, professional, and courteous. Nonetheless, I have had a terrible experience. I used Schmidt Global to relocate my belongings from Switzerland to California, and it has been almost 6 months and the delivery has still not been completed. Schmidt Global failed to adapt to the global logistics crisis and everything has slowed to a crawl. It took 3 months before the cargo even got onto a ship. After setting sail, the date kept being pushed back and back. The ship waited out in international water for 3 weeks for their turn at the port. Then the container was delayed at customs. And now the freight forwarder has the items in their warehouse and say they'll schedule something 2-5 weeks from now!!! This service is simply unacceptable. sirceddiego | 18-03-2022

I have to be honest and never tried their services myself, but .... having that said, a lot of my customers did and so I am happy to review these guys as very reliable and strict.
