Have been going to Salon B and Sharon for more than three years and am very happy. Professional service, great salon, gorgeous washroom with reclining chair beds and dimmed lighting (spa-esque). Friendly staff are highly trained and modern in their approach, care taken for clients comfort, expat-friendly (often hear english spoken in the salon). Can be a little expensive, but service and services are great so no complaints there. Can be difficult to get an appointment in the short-term but booking in advance is super easy. Washing room is lovely. There was a pre-treatment interview where they discussed what you wanted, made suggestions and told you the price beforehand. But... They forgot to use protective creme and left a thick poopbrown ring of die around my hairline that looked like shoepolish. I mentioned it a few times and then literally said: “this looks horrible, please remove it” before the main hairdresser did anything. And how did she remove it? But rubbing Cif kitchen scouring and bleach cleaner on my hairline. It only removed about 60%. Cut was ok. Color itself and bayliage was good. But they still charged me a truckload, without even apologizing. I did not go to the celebrated Sharon, who was on holiday, maybe she’s better. But I see others have experienced this. I left a Facebook review about my experience. They never replied or acknowledged it. Not a word. Overpriced, lack of professionalism & quality. I went to Salon B on the recommendation of a local. The dye job was really bad - she left dye on my forehead and came up with a crazy charge. Another colleague had a similar experience so it seems they may overcharge foreigners. Foreigner | 14-03-2017
