Hey you! Please feel welcome to join one of my yoga classes, the first class is always free for you to check if we are a match. I host 2 vinyasa yoga classes weekly, and more to come. At the moment the classes are on: Wednesday night @ 18.30 and Sunday morning @ 09.30. The class will be in English and it is suited for intermediate (medium experience in yoga). My classes are reviewed as fluid flows, creative, fun and grounding, relaxing. I invite you to come and meet me on the mat and connect to your body and your breath!
