We frequently order take aways from India Poort. Over the years we have tried most of the other Indian restaurants in Hilversum but always end up going back to India Poort. Definitely the most authentic and closest to the Indian food we get back in England. The naan breads are light and fluffy and the flavours delicious. I recently took my team to Restaurant India Poort and we were all very impressed. Mashudul was very accommodating, especially when we needed to change the reservation at the last minute to arrive a bit later. The food was all freshly prepared and delicious. If you're looking for a good curry (close to what you'd get in the UK), then head to India Poort. The only complaint that I have is that they don't serve mango chutney with their poppadoms which is what we get at most British curry houses. Their dishes are tasty though and the waiter is very friendly. They do seem to be getting very busy though so probably best to reserve a table. Brexpat | 20-12-2017
