In my practice I have years of experience coaching children and their family. Next to Dutch children I am also experienced in coaching Expat children and families. Starting a new life in a new country can bring challenges. Everything is new. The country the culture, school system, people, friends. There are different rules and expectations. Relatives en peers are often far away. You and your family can feel isolated. Especially then parenting can be hard. And if your child does not want to share insecurities or doesn’t want to open up to you sometimes feel lost. You don’t have someone to fall back on.
