1 reviewsI have been going here for 6 months and I really like it. They have all women's classes called Power Vrouwen, which is Cross-Fit trainning in groups of 6 women to one trainer. They are very careful that every exercise is done correctly and with the right weight to avoid injuries and to improve strength. Irma van de Pol is one of the PT's and she can really push you. She has a long training background and pushes you to reach your goals. They also have Cross-Fit training for men and women. I can truly recommend this gym! Evasofia | 20-01-2017
