We had major issues with Kiwk Fit last year when getting our summer tyres back on. It took 3 appointments for them to get things right. The first appointment was cancelled by them without notice and we only found out when we turned up. The 2nd appointment we turned up and our tyres had not been delivered to their branch in time so they were again, unable to fit. 3rd time lucky and we finally got the tyres fitted. We decided to give Kwik Fit the benefit of the doubt and rebooked to get our winter tyres fitted. On arrival at their depot ,we were greeted and told to take a seat whilst they fitted the tyres. Firstly, the way in which their mechanic sped (causing screeching of the wheels) into the bay with our car was unacceptable. After 20 minutes waiting, the mechanic came to inform us that he could not fit our tyres because their transport department had delivered only 2 x winter tyres and 2 x summer tyres.
