I've had lot of problems with Koops so I only have bad things to say about them. First they rented an apartment that was on sale and not fully paid. The landloard did not de-register from the apartment so I had troubles with my tax benefits. Secondly they didn't give me my deposit back. They also charged me administration costs, even if in Holland they are illegal. Even if the bills were included in the contract they are trying to say that I have to pay a 1500 extra to cover the costs and I've been renting the place for only 6 months!
