My wife and I moved to Hilversum from Texas in late 2013, and Jolanda & Scarlet took care of so much for us. Picked us up from the airport, got us to the IND to pick up our permit cards, signed up for a bank account, toured us around town and even helped us find an apartment and go over the lease agreement to make sure we weren't getting taken advantage of. Plus they were available to us to answer questions for months after we got settled in.
