1 reviewsOur experience with Grando Hilversum was simply horrendous. Things started to go seriously wrong from the point that we signed the contract. Communication was terrible and when they delivered several incorrect key parts to the kitchen, they preferred to make it our problem and were not interested in addressing the issues without us escalating matters to their Head Office. They would not acknowledge their mistakes and had zero interest in resolving our issues in an amicable way. The quality of the kitchen is generally poor. Our very expensive worktops are already cracking in places and most of the appliances that they sold us have already broken down. I most certainly do not recommend doing business with Grando.
