5 reviewsThey always have appointments available on short notice. They take the time for my family and my kids wish they could go to the dentist every week Elisabeth Van Willigenburg-van Dijl | 08-05-2019
Wish I had known about expatfriendlylocals.com before choosing Den2 and I also wish I had asked a few more questions about their treatments, length of appointments, how they charge etc. Den2 are more interested in getting their bills paid than listening to their patients. And they charge you for each minute you are in the consultation room, regardless of whether you are receiving treatment or waiting on one of their staff to do something else. The filling I got was not good and I had to go back for filing down which they also charged for. No incentive for them to get it right first time when they know they can get a repeat visit. Really not happy about them and have since read lots of other bad reviews on social media. I have now changed dentists who seem professional genuinely interested in their patients rather than just the money to return to their investors. Richie | 29-05-2018
We used to use Den2 as our family dentist as the dentists always seemed very knowledgeable. We were not too impressed though when it came to seeing one of their hygienists who spent more time lecturing than actually doing her job. We did complain to the practice manner as we didn't feel that the hygienists comments were appropriate. Unfortunately, they did not take our concerns seriously and chose to listen to the hygienist instead. We therefore decided to move to a different dentist. We have not had any issues with our new dentist and are very happy with their service. Expat | 05-04-2017
My experience with the dentists at Den 2 is positive. They offer evening appointments which is convenient and there is an orthodontist upstairs. You can park outside and everyone is friendly. deborahbiggs | 09-02-2017
Wasn't totally thrilled with the quality(attitude) of service from the dentist. Felt like they were still in training. I moved dentists with my two children. One plus point I can add is if your husband travels and has limited dates & times available to fit his dental appointments into they will most likely be very accommodating due to the fact they have many dentists/hygienists working for them.
