I ordered a half pallet of firewood which I saw on special offer through their website. The order was delivered on the agreed date and all seemed very straight forward. We did have a query over what I had ordered versus what was delivered. As soon as I called their office, a very helpful man called Albert looked into the situation and very quickly resolved the matter by crediting the balance of what we had not received due to an issue at the warehouse. I would definitely order from De Haardhout Handelaar again but advise that you look closely at the pictures and description of what will be delivered. Pay specific attention to whether the wood is stacked in the pallet or just loosely packed. This makes a big difference to the cubic metres you will receive. Expat | 31-08-2018

I bougth a big box with killn dried firewood. First I called them a very friendly man good answer me with all my questions and helped me to order.
