I have had lower back problems for several years and this practice was recommended to me by friends and my Pilates teacher. I'm not a big fan of being "cracked" but with his instruments and gentle cracking DJ (Dirk-Jan) has worked wonders on my back. 2 years ago I broke my knee and I also have joint issues (arthritis) and regular sessions played a huge part in my quick recovery. After having gone to pilates, physiotherapy, doctors I am finally getting some help. I was always scared of going to a chiropractor, because I thought they would crack your bones very brutally and I couldn't stand the thought of that.
