I smashed my iPhone 7+ screen to smithereens. I could not use the phone because of the splinters coming from the glass. I turned up to BSR late in the day and they were very happy to fix my phone for me immediately. The staff were friendly and very obliging. They have fixed prices depending on which screen needs replacing and I was happy with their price. I felt it was fair. The phone is now back to working perfectly and they also added a free screen protector for me to help prevent the glass smashing next time. Cloverleaf | 09-01-2019

We had a last minute request to get the glass replaced on an iPhone 5 at 6 o'clock on a Friday night just before the shop was due to close. They agreed to stay open for us as they knew we needed the phone back quite urgently. I'd highly recommend BSR and will most certainly go back next time we need any help with our phones.
