2 reviewsWe feel we have to respond to a negative review from a previous tennant at Laan van Overvest. This tennant has his view on our services and how things went, we have our vision. We will not give in to falls claims under threat of negative reviews. We have dealt with the matters at hand in a professional manner. Unfortunately people feel the need to complain via negative reviews even after matters haven been settled. We can say that we have had our share of problems with this client, still we have done our best to deal with negative behaviour and false complaints. Rented a house in Laan van Overvest with Bjornd Makelaardij from mid 2019 until mid 2020 and this has been the worst renting experience in our lives. We chose a house Bjornd had available but once tickets to Holland were purchased it was not ready and we had to rent another home with them. This house in Laan van Overvest in Hof van Delft gave us 1 year of problems; Bjornd was alway late to react or does not react at all, does not solve problems, over prices its houses, charges renters for problems with malfunctioning heaters even in mid winter with children freezing at home, and after 1 year of problems we were charged (after-the-fact) for replacing a lock even though this was never noticed during the final inspection, and this was never done by us!!! Another expat in the same street use the words "I hate Bjornd!" and this is pretty much everyone's opinion who rents from them. jv | 13-08-2020
