Balthazar is more than just a lovely kitchen shop. They also offer a monthly service for Knife Sharpening. They are a collection point for the Hollandse Slijpservice which is a nationwide knife sharpening company. You drop your knives into the shop on the 2nd Thursday of the month and they will be returned all nicely sharpened the following Thursday. Great service and very friendly and helpful people working in store. I frequently visit Balthazar for gifts as they have a fabulous range of kitchen and home gifts. Expat | 31-01-2018
