1 reviewsThe initial visit from the service engineer was superb. He was friendly & spoke great English. After he had left, I used the bike & found it still had the same fault. When I called Babboe to explain this, they said I would have to pay for another visit. It turns out, before the engineer left, I should have left my twin girls 'alone' in the house whilst I went & trialled the bike more than the 100m that I did. Apparently, after signing for the service, I practically signed to say I was happy with the bike & it was all fixed. UNBELIEVEABLE. I was practically accused that this was my fault & I shouldn't have signed for the bike. So be warned, if you use Babboe make sure you go over it with a fine tooth comb & ensure EVERYTHING is working before you sign & the engineer leaves. If that means going for a 10/15min bike ride, then do it! Very disappointed Babboe, your service is not cool AT ALL! :( :( :( :( Sam Atkins | 10-04-2017
