Asked them to fill out income tax return forms in March (before the 1 May deadline). They said they would do them in time. Called on the 29th of April to ask what the status is, and they told me that they were busy with VAT taxes. When I said that they already knew a long time ago that they had to do VAT and income tax at the same time, they said it wasn't my place to call them out on this, and they refused to do my taxes. 2 days before the deadline.
